Zhang Liang Malatang (@zhangliang_hotpot) is one of the newest Malatang restaurants that recently opened in our neighbourhood. Just like other Malatang restaurants, it lets you choose every single ingredient that goes in your bowl, and you will be charged by the weight of your bowl.
